Spill the Tea
Tearooms have always held a special place in our family's heart. Our journey began in 1996 when Carol, the family matriarch, converted the carriage house of her Old North End home in Colorado Springs into a cozy tearoom, the Pineapple House. Her British themed tea parties were quite the rage, offering little girls a chance to step into the charm of late 1800's England with dresses, games, tea food, and etiquette lessons.
Fast forward a few years, and Carol's daughter, Lisa, continued the legacy with her own tearoom, The Arbor House, located in Loganville, Georgia. Here, the past came alive as guests and staff immersed themselves in British accents and gorgeous ballroom dresses. Lisa's daughters, Claire, Brooke, and Emily, along with their friends, enjoyed working in this whimsical, creative environment.
Eventually, Lisa and her daughters moved back to our beloved Colorado Springs and opened a new little venture, Sasquatch Cookies.
We adore being a part of this lively community and inspired by our longstanding love for tea, we decided it's high time we start a new tearoom right here in Colorado Springs. We've put our hearts into creating Toodles Tearoom, a cozy spot that radiates beauty. It's the perfect place for your celebrations and events, where you can indulge in delicious treats. We've designed our tearoom to be a place where you can take a breather, soak in life's pleasures, and mark your personal milestones. We hope you enjoy your tea and it brings the same warmth to your heart as it has to ours over the years.
with joy,
